A leading Victorian builder with in excess of 50 years local experience are looking for driven and professional contract administrators to join the business in what is forecast to be a record year in 2015. With at least 7 new projects due to start in early 2015 the business has got a steady flow of work for the next 12 months. The projects our client is involved in covers sectors including apartments, aged care and retail to the value of $90m.



The successful candidate will come from a large scale tier 1 or 2 commercial builder with a proven reputation delivering projects in the region of $50m - $90m. Experience on projects including aged care, apartments and retail will be looked upon favourably.



The role may suit someone who is looking to take on more responsibility in their role, someone who is looking to take a step up in their career with a growing business.



You will be supporting the project delivery team and be responsible for

preparation of subcontract packages

reviewing, negotiating and finalising of contracts

managing schedules, processing of invoices ensuring compliance

preparation of cost reports



To be successful you will hold a tertiary qualification in construction, have experience working as a contract administrator with a commercial builder on projects in excess of $50m. You will have excellent time management and negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
