Due to a sustained period of growth, they have an immediate requirement for a Senior Construction Estimator to join either their Manhattan or Westchester based office.

In this role as a Senior Construction Estimator, your responsibilities will include analyzing and interpreting architectural plans, performing material take-offs, obtaining quotes from suppliers, providing detailed proposals and accurate bid packages, negotiating with vendors and clients and attending meetings with staff, architects and clients.
