A leading, top tier, globally renowned professional services company, based in the Sydney CBD, requires an experienced, highly commercial Contract/Commercial Manager to join a high performing team. In order to be successful in this role you will be a highly capable Contract or Commercial Manager, with outstanding client management skills and the ability to draft contract variations autonomously.



As Commercial / Contract Manager, you will be liaising with stakeholders at a senior level who need to feel confident in your ability to interpret commercial contract terms and manage their expectations. As such, you will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to articulately engage across different business streams including Contract Management, Legal, Client Services and IT.

The nature of the contracts you will be managing will be largely focused around IT or Technology solutions in an outsourced services environment. Therefore, it would be ideal if you have familiarity with IT, Systems or Professional Services contracts, however, other transferable services will also be considered for outstanding candidates.



A legal qualification, or relevant degree, is highly sought after, along with proven experience working within a large corporate environment. This is a high-performing, client facing position offering much more than administrative contract management.
