Our client is an innovative leader in E-Learning in Australia and is in a state of growth. Owing to this, they are looking for customer-focused individuals with knowledge or experience in Events Management to join their vibrant Study Coach Team in Brookvale.



You will be responsible for liaising with enrolled students over the phone to advise them on general inquiries pertaining to their study courses, troubleshooting and career planning.



The ideal candidate will have a background in telephone-based customer service spanning more than 12 months and a qualification or exposure to working within the Events Management space.



The stunning offices are based in Brookvale and you will be working on a rotating roster of a 38 hour week Monday to Sunday 8 to 8 -this is very flexible and can be negotiated to suit your needs. The salary is $60K + Super.
