Employing over 300,500 people, our client is an American leading multinational information technology corporation. This global industry leader has dominated the office equipment market for more than 80 years and 20 years since its local office in Shanghai been established.



With a high-performance culture and unwavering business goal to continually strive for excellence in the local market, they are now seeking a master UE for their office in Shanghai. As a strategic experience architect, you will lead large, cross-division functional teams or projects that affect the organization's long-term goals and objectives, and operate in the most complex disciplines. To describe your work contents, you are required to lead user-centred innovation activities such as defining and advocating for users; gathering, validating, analyzing, and defining requirements; also conducting user experience and experience architecture activities, creating and planning evolving innovative design platforms for emerging markets. You will be reporting to director to fulfill the business needs.



As this is a role performing high complexity tasks, you will be someone who has thorough understanding of design research methodology, typical 10 years experience in performing similar tasks plus a Bachelors or Master's degree in Business, Design, Human Factors Engineering, Social Sciences research, or equivalent. A sounding background in past multinational company employment would be ideal. Moreover, your English and local language must be fluent. As you will be interact with creative, technical, and account project/program team members, out-standing communication skills and out-going strong personality are expected in your characters.
