My client is a well-established organisation, within the manufacturing industry, with over 1,000 employees. The organisation is currently going through a large cultural change of which the Senior HRBP will play an instrumental part in through coaching and supporting employees.



Working with client groups across the business, the successful candidate will understand key business initiatives and develop HR strategies to achieve the organisations goals. Raising the profile of the HR function to one which has greater influence and a more strategic involvement will also be a key priority for the Senior HRBP. The successful candidate will have experience in delivering HR solutions in partnership with Senior Managers, alongside managing a variety of complex ER cases, working within a change environment and management of full recruitment cycles to a senior level.
