Job Description
Software as a Service professionals demonstrate skills and experience related to Software as a Service (SaaS) - software delivery model in which software and associated data are centrally hosted on the cloud.
Salesforce.com professionals demonstrate skills in Salesforce.com which is the leader in CRM solutions for customer relationship management software and cloud computing.
A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:
Identifies, assesses and solves complex business problems for area of responsibility, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
Closely follows the strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near term goals.
Interacts with senior management at a client and/or within Accentureon matters where they may need to gain acceptance on an alternate approach.
Has some latitude in decision-making. Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments.
Decisions have a major day to day impact on area of responsibility.
Manages large - medium sized teamsand/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture.
Skills & Experience
- A deep understanding of the internal functions of the Salesforce.com products with expertise in one or more of the following areas: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud or Marketing Cloud.
- Certified in one or more of the following: Salesforce.com Developer, Salesforce.com Advanced Developer, Salesforce.com Sales or Service Cloud Consultant or Salesforce.com Technical Architect.
- Any SFDC Mobility, Social or Self Service portals experience will be highly regarded but not essential to be successful in this role.
- Any experience with other applications in the Salesforce.com ecosystem (Marketo, Zuora, CloudSense etc) would also be highly regarded but not essential.
- Ability to meet travel requirements, when applicable
- Bachelor's degree or above (any discipline)
