Our client is a leading Professional Services company on the Gold Coast. Due to company growth, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for an exceptional Junior Receptionist/Administrator to join the team.
As the first point of contact for their valued clientele, you will be responsible for creating a great first impression. This role will predominantly involve managing a reception desk, filing, data entry, greeting clients and general administration support for the team.
To be considered for this role, it is essential that you have at least 1 year experience as a Receptionist in a corporate environment. Being the face of the company, you will be immaculately presented and extremely organised. The successful candidate will act in a professional and confident manner. You will have impeccable communication skills, a fresh and positive attitude and have the ability to relate to people on all levels. Intermediate - advanced Microsoft Office Suite knowledge and 45+ wpm is required. Candidates without experience in a similar role will not be considered.
