IT Project Planner

I am currently recruiting for a Project Planner for a 12 month contract (with the possibility of extension), based in Oxford.



The main purpose of this role is develop and maintain a strategic delivery plan for a complex IT programme of work. You will be an experienced project planner with full 360 project experience, including a comprehensive individual programme and project plan, as well as on-going alterations and reporting on progress against all key deliverables on the project.



The successful candidate will ideally have experience in a similar role within an NHS or Healthcare organisation and be adept at using MS Projects. Candidates with Primavera experience will be of interest - however this is not essential.



You will be able monitor the project plan closely ensuring that critical paths are analysed and met on time. As well as tracking work streams, dependencies and planning the required resources for the end to end project cycle. The project planner will also be responsible for ensuring all durations are correctly estimated, annual leave taken is covered and the required resources are accounted for.
