Job Description:
The Training Strategy Lead will have knowledge, skills and experience related to development and execution of a training strategy designed to assist a global organization use a shared services center for business support services. A global organization could be either a multi-national corporation, a government agency with foreign field offices, a multi-lateral organization, or not-for-profit. Said individual will know how to design and develop a training strategy and implementation plan and then execute on that plan.
