On-boarding Director - Institutional Clients

A unique opportunity currently exists for a case lead in the Client On-boarding team within an internationally established bank.



Reporting to the On-boarding Team Head, you will take ownership for managing client lifecycle cases for new-to-business institutional clientele and any on-boarding queries thereafter. You will action amendments to existing accounts in the off-boarding process. You will support the customer in preparing the information and ensure the documentation complies with the bank's AML/CTF policies and adheres to regulatory requirements. Responsibilities will involve setting up accounts and clients for different product ranges and submitting key documentation within standard legal templates. You will be a pivotal contact for all case-related queries, working closely with your subordinates and the business. This will involve implementing process enhancements to drive efficiency, while ensuring that any changes meet legislative and compliance standards. You will proactively partner with internal stakeholders including the FO desks and BO staff to achieve high results for clients.



Coming from an institutional banking background, you will be a proactive individual with an analytic and solution-oriented mindset. You will have solid experience in on-boarding corporate or institutional clients and relevant AML/CTF know-how and be familiar with documentation requirements for a variety of institutional clients. You will possess excellent time management and communication skills, and have confidence in managing various stakeholders within a fast-paced, high-pressure banking environment
