A proactive, experienced and enthusiastic Personal Assistant is required urgently for an exciting and rewarding opportunity in North Sydney. An outstanding Personal Assistant role has been created to support a dynamic Director in HR. As the PA to this inspirational leader, this person will in turn touch on all aspects of the organisation, as HR has such a wide ranging reach. Day to day your role will be full PA support, so extensive diaries, travel, complex expenses and meeting scheduling, as well as lots of presentations, creating documents that shine and allow key HR messages to flow throughout the company.



You will be an expert prioritiser, with a knack of shifting things around without handholding, and be acutely aware of your managers needs and almost pre-empt them. You will definitely have a strong interest in HR, but definitely NOT want to use this role as a step into HR, and be dedicated to furthering your career in a high profile, senior support position.



Ideally you will have 3+ years of experience in a PA role, regardless of industry, and be able to show your proactivity and initiative in your role.
