As a Program Manager, you



  • Provide complex-level procurement support using subject matter expertise of a few technologies and knowledge of multiple technologies.

  • Solve complex issues and drives tactical and strategic initiatives, such as leading process standardizations; executing program strategies; or coordinating integration of small acquisitions.

  • Monitor programs, delivery solutions, key metrics, and process oriented tasks; identify issues and proposed solutions with limited guidance.

  • Collaborate with or lead teams to maintain and enhance the current business objectives, such as cost management.

  • Provide independent, analytic, and strategic support.

  • Mentor lower level contributors.

  • Work across multiple countries and businesses; must be able to work horizontally and vertically.

  • Provide regional level support.

  • Interact with Managers and Directors.

  • Impact mid- to long-term strategy and direction.




Qualifications
Education and Experience Required


  • Possess about 4 years of experience in procurement or supply chain function in managing contract manufacturers.

  • Possess first level university degree or equivalent experience; may have advanced university degree.

  • Global experience preferred.




Knowledge and Skills Required


  • Mastery in English and local language.

  • Strong understanding of procurement processes.

  • Strong analytical and technical aptitude.

  • Strong business application skills.

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Good understanding of corporate compliance.

  • Good project management skills.
