As a Program Manager, you
- Provide complex-level procurement support using subject matter expertise of a few technologies and knowledge of multiple technologies.
- Solve complex issues and drives tactical and strategic initiatives, such as leading process standardizations; executing program strategies; or coordinating integration of small acquisitions.
- Monitor programs, delivery solutions, key metrics, and process oriented tasks; identify issues and proposed solutions with limited guidance.
- Collaborate with or lead teams to maintain and enhance the current business objectives, such as cost management.
- Provide independent, analytic, and strategic support.
- Mentor lower level contributors.
- Work across multiple countries and businesses; must be able to work horizontally and vertically.
- Provide regional level support.
- Interact with Managers and Directors.
- Impact mid- to long-term strategy and direction.
Qualifications
Education and Experience Required
- Possess about 4 years of experience in procurement or supply chain function in managing contract manufacturers.
- Possess first level university degree or equivalent experience; may have advanced university degree.
- Global experience preferred.
Knowledge and Skills Required
- Mastery in English and local language.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes.
- Strong analytical and technical aptitude.
- Strong business application skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Good understanding of corporate compliance.
- Good project management skills.
