This SME organisation has a growing global presence and due to growth in Asia Pacific they are currently seeking a standalone HR Generalist to join their team on an immediate permanent basis. You will be the main point of contact for the Asia Pacific region, based predominantly South East Melbourne.



You will be responsible for the full range of HR duties, including providing HR advice to managers across the APAC business; developing HR policies and practices in line with driving the strategic HR direction; recruitment, onboarding of new staff and continued training and development; HR compliance across Asia Pacific; manage employee relations; as well as managing OH&S across the business.



To be successful for this position, you will have similar experience in a standalone generalist role with exposure to international HR practices. This role will require travel across the Asia Pacific region and you will be committed to working for a growing global organisation.
