The fast development of the company has created an excellent opportunity for you to be part of their elite HR team. You are expected to provide appropriate solutions to the business from HR perspective and to support organizational changes. You are to cover 2 core commercial business units in South China Region (Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Fujian and Guangdong) on various employee relations, capabilities and development plans, and communicate with local management properly in the resolution of specific individual HR issues.

As the successful applicant, you should have at least 6~8 years HR experience supporting commercial team before, hence with good understanding of the language of sales, capable of driving HR initiatives in sales organization in a way of strategic thinking. In this way, it would be of great advantage if you are coming from FMCG or other fast moving industries in which complexity is high, with complicated organization structure and frequent people change. You are required to handle many ER cases, so you should have strong influencing power and solid labor law knowledge. Since 30%~50% travel rate per month is required, you are supposed to have strong flexibility to adapt ad hoc changes. Strong personal drive and self-motivation, strong sense of accountability, result plus process driven are vital for working effectively across the organization.
