Are you in a water authority or consultancy and looking for a move to a well established water contractor?

Our client has a fantastic national reputation from their operations interstate. They focus on various areas within civil construction, but one of their main core businesses is the water infrastructure area across land development.



Having placed their Construction / Operations Manager 2 years ago, another project manager just recently, they now require an experienced project manager that has specific experience on sewer and water with land development.



Responsibilities include.



Supervision and day to day costs of projects

OHS responsibilities for projects

Engaging of sub-contractors

Working within budget parameters

Client interaction



The ideal candidate will have a strong civil construction background but has to be specifically in sewer and water. The works will predominately be on land development projects, so subdivision experience would be good. Not so much the civil, roads, but the pipework. You will have a minimum of 8 years experience as an engineer or above, be confident in driving multiple crews and overseeing multiple projects.



If you are coming from a consultancy or water authority you must have experience in a supervisory or superintendent type role. Working for a contractor is a lot more hands on, so similar experience required.



All candidates MUST be based here in Australia with full rights to work. All candidates MUST have a very good understanding of the Australian Water Authority Standards Code.
