A new Sales Job opportunity has arisen based in Palmerston North.



Your new sales job will involve working with and promoting targeted sales campaigns focussing on selected small to medium sized businesses. You will get around an area covering the lower North Island from New Plymouth across to Palmerston North and down to Wellington including Kapiti and the Wairarapa regions. Generating and securing new business you will work closely with local agents who will help you to identify what products are selling well and what to promote. You job is to identify and deflect competitor threats and to gain more market share from your competitors through delivery of outstanding service, product channels and a personal touch.



To secure a spot on my short-list for this sales job; you will ideally have some experience in a territory sales role, ability to identify customer needs and provide product solutions, a vibrant, bright and fresh outlook and a hungry, driven and tenacious approach. Self motivation, autonomy, strong computer skills and professional presentation are also a must. This is a travelling role so you will require a full clean driver's licence and a relevant tertiary qualification is also preferred.
