This Global organisation continues to experience unprecedented growth since entering Australia which is set to continue over the next financial year and beyond. As a result, their rapidly growing retail facility in Brisbane's Northside requires an experienced Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager.
Reporting to the Store Manager, your will be responsibilities will include providing exceptionally high customer service to clients whilst identifying opportunities to increase sales. You will provide expert product knowledge, sell a range of products whilst also cross and up selling additional products on offer. You will develop strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business as well as taking part on any ad-hoc projects.
As the successful incumbent of the role you will have a solid working history in retail sales, catering or hospitality (food and beverage) coupled with a customer centric attitude. You will have experience in managing people and the day to day operations of the store. You will be a motivated person who prides themselves on achieving targets as well as possessing strong communication and presentation skills. You will be experienced in MS office suite and have the ability to pick up new computer systems on the job.
