Location: Magherafelt

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: £18,000 - £20,000



Candidates for this position must have strong customer service and communication skills, both written and oral. Excellent organisational skills are a must for this position. As a systems administrator you will remain very hands-on and will be expected to be a natural problem solver.



Duties Include:



Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, connection, printer and software issues reported.

Update network applications as required

Troubleshoot and resolve all problems encountered with hardware and software

Escalate requests to the IT Manager, as needed. Replace or repair defective parts and equipment

Conduct technology training for new users



Essential Criteria

* Experience of providing Hardware and Software support on a wide range of systems

* Experience of implementing a Support Helpdesk system

* Experience of working with Server 2008 / Windows 7 / MS SQL / Office

* Degree or HND in IT/Computer science

* MOD SC / AMEY Clearance will be sought and required.

* Full Driving licence
