Tax Accountant

Our client, an International Property Management Company is looking for a Tax Accountant for its offices in Monterrey.

The main functions of this role will be: preparing the monthly VAT reporting for the Industrial Properties, preparation of the consolidated VAT calculation and coordinating with external auditors for monthly reviews of VAT calculations.

The ideal candidate has a Bacherlor’s degree in Accounting or Tax, and +5 years working experience in Mexican tax, preferred within a Property Management company. Highly-detailed and able to understand and explain aspects of the group tax & accounting, as well as excellent communication skills (both in English and Spanish) are necessary. CPA or appropriate Mexican tax qualification is a plus.
