With multiple large projects on the go they are searching for an experienced Contracts Administrator from an Architectural background to lead a complex project. Reporting to the Directors, you will be based on site, liaising with contractors to manage the contract administration part of the project. You will be responsible for responding to RFI's, managing and attending site meetings, engaging and coordinating consultants, specifications and reviewing documentation.



To be successful in this position you will be a Registered Architect with proven experience delivering large projects. It's imperative that you have extensive CA experience, outstanding communication skills and experience working on complex projects.This is an excellent opportunity to join one of Perth's largest Architecture firms, working on exciting projects and growing your career.
