Information Systems / IT Trainer (French Speaking)

One of my clients within Public Services has a brand new opportunity for a French speaking Information Systems/ IT Trainer. This is a newly created role within the business where you will be responsible for interacting with all staff and conducting relevant system training sessions for newly hired personnel as well as training on new systems for existing personnel. You will monitor and measure the effectiveness of training, guidance and manuals and provide senior management with regular updates on the IS/ IT training programme. You will work with the IS/IT teams to produce training materials as part of projects, to deliver new or amended IS/IT Services and with Corporate HR in terms of delivery and evaluation.



My client has sites across Europe, mainly France and Brussels so it is imperative that applicants are fluent French speakers. You will be required to travel to the European sites on occasion, potentially once a month. Essential experience includes:



- Experience of delivering training in IT and Information Systems.

- Experience in a range of Microsoft Applications and good User skills on desktop applications such as MS Office, Skype, internet browsers and company-specific applications.

- Experience in producing training materials using relevant applications and techniques for classroom and distance learning, utilising paper, computer and online training methods

- Proven ability to quickly develop knowledge of customised/in-house applications and translate this into relevant training support

- An excellent level of fluency in the French language (or English if French is a first language) is required plus a willingness to develop that further if appropriate

- Qualifications or relevant experience in basic IT User Support

- An up-to-date knowledge of commonly used IT programs and systems

- An awareness of IT accessibility and usability issues.



Any additional experience with MS SharePoint and MS Dynamics CRM is highly desirable, otherwise training will be provided.
