My Edinburgh based banking client who have an ever increasing presence in the Scottish market are currently recruiting for a Process Analyst to join their organisation during an exciting period of major change.



This job would suit a process or change driven individual who can demonstrate organisational skills and the ability to work with a variety of stakeholders. The job will involve assisting delivery of change projects, primarily in the Credit Cards or Loans area.

Experience in a contact centre environment would be highly beneficial in this role.



This job offers the individual the chance to work in a fast moving organisation, where they can increase their skills in a process/change environment.
