Due to further expansion, we are now seeking an IT Systems Administrator to take responsibility for the development and support of the technology infrastructure based in the UK, supporting office based and remote users, while maintaining and improving systems that are hosted on a mixture of physical servers and an in house virtual environment.



As part of the Global IT team, the role also supports a number of critical global IT services including audio conferencing and providing support for IT initiatives including social and collaboration. This will require supporting an international business user base, both in identifying how they can use the tools more effectively, and providing regular training classes.



You will be responsible to ensure that all systems are patched and have full Antivirus protection, monitoring system backups, changing tapes on a weekly basis and reporting any issues to the global Infrastructure team.



Your experience will derive from managing small Infrastructure environments, managing infrastructure processes and implementing future strategies. You will have a minimum of 5 years commercial IT support experience, including; in-depth knowledge of Microsoft technologies, telephony management, outsource management, Active Directory and Information Security.
