Compliance Analyst

Leading global Asset Management firm is looking for a Compliance Officer with financial promotions experience. The role is within a small team, which is focused on providing compliance support to the European based funds business of the firm.



Key Duties Include…



· Review of marketing and presentational materials for Compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.

· To build a relationship with Distribution focused Compliance colleagues to ensure consistency of service and advice.

· To build a relationship with the Marketing and Sales teams to help with queries and issues raised.

· Provide training to the Marketing and Sales teams.

· Support Compliance of the European branch offices and representative office.

· Support the distributor due diligence process, including limited Compliance review of relevant legal agreements.

· Support the Compliance Director through keeping up-to-date with regulatory developments impacting marketing materials, fund distribution and cross border fund industry as well as the provision of recommendations for appropriate business procedural amendments when necessary to meet changed regulations.



The ideal candidate will have good knowledge of the FCA rules and European regulator requirements. They will also have a good understanding of UCITS Funds and have reviewed marketing material for it. They will also be able to work well in a team and have the ability to work under pressure.
