Our Technology Services Pricing Strategy and Management Team is looking for an experienced pricing professional to join our team as we create and manage pricing of our technology support services worldwide.

As as member of our team, you’ll use pricing algorithms and formulas as well as business intelligence and research to develop pricing for our Worldwide service offerings. You’ll then work with pricing professionals in other regions to establish pricing throughout the 170 countries we currently support.

Responsibilities

In this role you will:

• Collaborate with key stakeholders such as product teams to understand the competitive landscape of our industry


• Lead and develop product support pricing over the entire lifecycle, including creation of pricing strategies, compliance, and associated processes


• Utilize understanding of the customer business requirements and market dynamics to develop business cases, validate solutions, and demonstrate services' added value


• Represent pricing on product or service development core teams, and provide pricing requirements into development stages/phases


• Perform business analyses, identifying root cause, and developing recommendations/solutions to drive business improvements


• Collaborate with regions worldwide regarding pricing planning, implementation and performance
  
  
  

Qualifications

Education and Experience Required

• BS/BA in Finance, Business or Economics required. MBA a plus.


• 5+ years in Business Analysis, Finance, or Pricing. Experience in the IT industry a plus


• 3+ years' experience performing independent research and analysis to obtain and analyze competitive information

Knowledge and Skills Required

• Advanced Excel skills


• Demonstrated effective communication and presentation skills


• Demonstrated business acumen and solid decision making


• Ability to work independently and set direction in a potentially ambiguous environment


• Ability to work with peers and management to sell ideas, and to present information and recommendations for approval
