Israel Chemicals looks overseas for growth -CEO

TEL AVIV, Nov 12 (Reuters) - Israel Chemicals expects to announce more growth projects in the coming quarters but mostly abroad as the investment environment in Israel deteriorates, its chief executive said on Wednesday.
