- Assessment of organization’s security measures, policy and implementation of the controls as well as monitoring and improvement of the policy and controls.
- Managing external audits (i.e. ISO, ISAE, customer audits)
- Conduct internal audit and managing risk governance
- Manage a team of security engineers as well as work with other delivery towers to accomplish the goals
- Managing security incident management, problem and escalation management
- Coordination with global and regional team both customer and internal organization
- Managing customer relationship and ensuring excellent service delivery
- Managing company’s risk management and quality management
- Provide security and quality training/briefing
