An exciting opportunity with an established insurance group,positioned within their field distribution team has opened up.My client is seeking for a Senior Executive,Sales Trainer to lead their financial advisers team.



As a Sales Trainer, you will be mainly involved in designing the training curriculum and conducting upfront delivery to new advisers.Your role will see you developing and implementing e-learning modules and assessment, organizing and facilitating relevant seminars, workshops and relevant training activities.



Ideally, you have a Bachelor's degree or diploma, with at least 3 years of sales experience. You must possess CMFAS M5, M9, M9A and HI certifications and at least one year of training experience. Excellent communication, presentation skills are required to excel in this role.
