Talent Management Senior Manager

Established healthcare company in Tokyo with a range of very exciting and innovative products which help improve people's quality of life is currently looking for an experienced Manager to lead their Talent Management team in Tokyo.



As a Senior Manager you will be responsible for covering all areas of Talent Management. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring adequate talent is sourced, hired , developed and retained and you will work closely with the company directors to create a business strategy aimed at ensuring that the key people within the organization are in place as the company grows in Japan.



You will be an outstanding Human Resources professional with a passion for people and organizational development. You will have a minimum of five years' relevant experience in a similar role (Talent Acquisition, Talent Management). Although, the client is open to any industry background, anyone coming from a health care or consumers' will have a distinct advantage. A strong commercial mind with high business acumen, paired with excellent communication skills in Japanese and English are also needed to be considered for this position.



This is a new key position within the Human Resources Team created due to the continued success and growth of the business in Japan and the commitment of the client to the employees' wellness and development.
