Real Estate Fund Operations Manager - Asset Manager

My client - a leading Investment Manager based in the city, are looking for the appointment of a Real Estate Fund Operations Manager with an accounting background.



I am looking for two types of profiles, an accomplished Property Fund Accountant who has made the move to either a change management or Property Fund Implementation role or a Property Fund Accountant who is perhaps looking to move away from producing accounts and work in a strategic capacity.



This role will work closely with front office and across the business to assess which team is best placed to support new funds operationally, ensuring the operational infrastructure can support new funds, as well as ensuring Risk & Controls are in place. In addition, this role will be responsible for driving through change initiatives including taking ownership for regulatory change projects.



This role will join my clients Real Estate business requiring a highly experienced Property Fund Accountant to work in a newly created high profiled role. This role will work across the business facilitating the implementation of new property fund structures. Candidates will be fully ACA or an equivalent accounting qualification and will demonstrate strong knowledge across Fund Structures & processes including the legal documentation, jurisdictions for example for property funds.

£60000 - £70000 per annum + benefits
