This small yet extremely successful contracting business based in Christchurch specialise in Construction, Contracting and Deconstruction workload through Christchurch.



Due to continued and ongoing success in the Civil and Construction market they are now seeking an Operations Manager to join their successful team. Reporting directly to the Managing Director your role will have you responsible for; the running and maintenance of all company plant and trucks; a complete initial 'site set up' and management and coordination throughout all sites to ensure the smooth flow throughout each full project life cycle.



In order to be successful within this exciting and challenging position you will have demonstrable experience working within a civil and contracting environment, working as part of a motivated team and also on occasion working autonomously in the delivery of projects.
