Specialising in large format retail/bulky goods, our client is in the midst of steady incremental growth driven by a strong team providing a high quality service. With a solid pipeline for 2015 they are now in need of a Senior Property Manager to take on a key role in managing their retail portfolio.



With a minimum of 7 years experience in managing a commercial portfolio, you will provide demonstrable experience in managing all day to day liaisons with tenants and owners, leasing, inspections, all budgets and expenditure and arrears management. You will have experience in overseeing and managing trust accounting, hold a valid property management license in WA have workable knowledge of the Retail Tenancy Act. You will ideally have previous staff management experience and be an active part in managing new recruits for the property management team throughout 2015.
