Excellent opportunity to join our client that is looking for an HR Consultant who wants to take the next step.



Reporting into th HR Director you will provide a generalist service where you will be involved in:-



- providing strategic HR advice and be responsible for recruitment, talent acquisition and talent development

- handle employee relations

- investigate any disciplinaries

- recommend new approaches, policies and procedures

- assist with compensation projects

- ad-hoc duties



You will need to be CIPD qualified or equivalent with extensive experience as an HR Generalist. Ideally you will have some international exposure and come from a commercial background.
