Outsourcing professionals work on projects across a range of business processes, business applications and information technology. Job Description

As PMO Coordinator for the account, this role is responsible for day to day Onshore PMO activities. Which are not limited to the following:

• Follow up on overdue invoicing as required

• Support to Team Leads in OM process through OM stages as directed by Leads

• Minutes for weekly Pipeline / Sales meeting

• Coordinate and follow up with Leads to develop weekly service reporting for the executive team.

• Follow up with Leads for Governance Reporting and interfacing with PCS for production of Governance slides

• Resource management support for onsite at Client

• Client LAN/Remote access audit on a periodical basis as required for CDP

• Follow up with Leads for Risk and Issue Management updates

• Follow up with Leads for Workplan Management updates

• Continuous Improvement for PMO processes and functions



• Bachelor's Degree

• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite inc. Sharepoint, Excel, Powerpoint



Preferred Skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMO experience



Professional Skill Requirements

• Ability to be flexible and work with offshoring team model

• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills

• Proven ability to work independently and as a team member

• Self Starter / high degree of initiative
