Established throughout New Zealand with various works currently taking place, this company has been delivering quality mixed use commercial projects for a number of years. With continued growth and ongoing projects they now have a need to expand their management team.



Working as the Senior Site Manager, you will be take the lead on the commercial section of the job, working in close liaison with the Project Manager based on site, to ensuring that the works are completed appropriately. Being site based you will be required to manage key stakeholders, all site staff and external consultants as required, ensuring the smooth delivery of the job.



Due to the nature of the role and stage of the project, applicants will require excellent communication skills and a proven background in managing mixed used commercial projects. Candidates will ideally be from a trade or tertiary background in construction and have an excellent working knowledge of local building codes. A good working knowledge of MS Office and Projects is ideal.



The successful candidate can expect the opportunity to work with a leading New Zealand company and have the opportunity to manage a high profile and complex project through to completion. This is a permanent role that offers a competitive salary to the right person.
