My client is a local commercial real estate agency seeking a dynamic leasing negotiator for their Brisbane based operations. This role will suit an agent with a positive and forward thinking attitude who wants to drive their career forward. The company is a well established Brisbane company with a small close working team located in new offices. They have an opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to work the North Brisbane City Centre patch. The role will initially focus around commercial and retail leasing, but the successful candidate can work to specialise in a certain asset class as they progress.



You will have a minimum of two years' experience in leasing and will be from a residential or commercial background. What is most important is that you are driven to succeed and chase all available leads to maximise income. This is effectively a sales role so determination, passion and motivation will all be highly valued. A generous commission structure is on offer to the successful candidate together with a potential starting bonus to help transition into the company.
