This Adult Education organisation is currently looking for Social Learning Designer to join the E-Learning team to provide creative insight and expertise for an upcoming project over an 18 month period. This is a newly created position within the organisation to help develop a new learning environment and platform in line with the organisation's vision.
The successful candidate will have tertiary qualifications or equivalent professional experience in learning or adult education, instructional design, e-learning, social learning or another related field. It is critical that candidate's not only have a background in designing blended training approaches but experience using social learning methodologies. The focus of this role will be to conduct a training needs analysis, working closely with subject matter experts and then to lead creative thought and design of how best to integrate social learning that will most efficiently create positive and productive interaction by users.
This rare, long, fixed term contract position presents as a fantastic opportunity for a specialised social and e-learning expert to impact on and change an organisation by developing a completely new learning tool for the organisations members.
