Recognised as a global leader, this Solar Power Generation company is responsible for developing the flagship Solar Farms in regional NSW which has led to an immediate requirement for a Project Electrical Engineer.



Reporting to the engineering manager, you will be expected to liaise with the overseas internal design team, as well as local suppliers, owners engineers and consultancies to ensure all designs are to Australian standards. You will also be responsible for working with the site delivery team to ensure construction is delivered as intended. The initial project you will be exposed to will be the delivery of a 53MW solar farm.



Your experience will include exposure to high profile construction projects, preferably with power generation or ideally solar farm construction development. As an electrical engineer you will have best practice methods for project delivery and have advanced skills in negotiation and contractor management.



There is an immediate requirement for this contract based role. The project is expected to last 18 months and the right candidate should be available to start in the next 4 weeks. This role will be based in the corporate office in Sydney CBD with site travel required. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to work on one of Australia's iconic projects.



No relocation can be offered for this role and the salary is non-negotiable at 125k + superannuation. You must have current work rights for Australia, with Australian experience, to be considered.
