Investment Research Analyst

Reporting to the CEO, you will be carrying out research and analysis into listed companies across Asia Pacific, with a particular focus on China. You will be running valuation models to determine their investment potential and recommend equities to be included in the portfolio. In addition, you will attend results briefing, management meetings and sometimes travel to visit the factories/plant to understand the operations of the companies. After each meeting/visit, you will jolt down notes and financial information and from there; build up the database of companies you follow.



You should be able to understand financial statements and annual reports, good communication and networking skills. Candidates familiar with China equity markets as well as have knowledge on other investment products (fx, commodities and options) will have an added advantage. This role will give you the autonomy to create your own context and offer a fantastic career opportunity to progress upwards.
