As a champion of the People & Culture team you will be adept at translating complex industry knowledge into accessible, meaningful training and development that meets the business need, through the full training cycle involving Training Needs Analysis; Creating/Designing and Delivering Training Programmes and undertaking Training Evaluation as part of Return of Investment/Expectation.



Interested candidates should have experience of working within a technical training role where they have developed systems/process content from scratch, be IT literate and confident of learning new systems, experience of training on CRM/similar systems and have a proven track record of achieving results through others either as a line or project manager.
