Regional Medical Affairs Physician – Oncology (m/f) - 50%

• Track and drive process of Key Opinion Leader (KOL) management at regional and country level for the oncology BU portfolio and serve as liaison with KOLs on a country level


• Oversee medical affairs activities connected to the oncology BU scientific publication processes, Regional KOL development programs and Regional medical congress activities, ensuring compliance at said congresses


• Monitor and communicate country level product strategies for the BU portfolio, and communicate specific country needs for portfolio to the Country Medical Director and to the oncology Therapeutic Area lead


• Provide medical advice for all study types which are being planned and conducted in responsibility of the Medical Affairs organisation


• Provide support and assist in planning of Medical Affairs, Global Development and Regulatory strategy and country strategy, for the launch of new compounds and life cycle management of marketed Bayer products


• Support the Country Medical Director in Medical Marketing and Medical Information


• Support Regional and Global Medical Affairs for the respective Therapeutic Area, through participation in GMATs and ensuring alignment with Medical Affairs Oncology regional and global colleagues


• Review and approval of advertising and promotional materials for medical content (local law, compliance) and assists in developing medical sections of the package insert, PSURs and product monographs when requested
