Procurement Specialist - Logistics

A leading multinational organisation is seeking a Procurement Specialist to manage spend categories and suppliers within the logistics sector.



The role, working within a large-scale indirect procurement function will be responsible for maximising value from suppliers, both existing and prospective and to work with internal stakeholders, managing their requirements and ensuring that the procurement strategy is fit for purpose.

The successful candidate will have responsibility internationally, ensuring that the overseas logistics requirements have appropriate supplier strategy and that suppliers are delivering effectively.



The successful candidate will enjoy a strategic and challenging procurement remit, delivering on behalf of a world renowned organisation.



Candidates will ideally be degree qualified (although not essential) and be MCIPS or studying towards the qualification and have procurement experience within the logistics sector. You will be able to travel internationally and understand procurement across regions.
