Well known service company who are highly recognised are seeking a high calibre Contact Centre Service Manager to drive a successful sales and first class customer service focused call centre.
Managing and coaching 2 direct reports within an 30 seat contact centre you will be responsible for meeting call centre financial objectives by, maintaining and improving call centre operations, monitoring system performance, identifying and resolving problems, preparing and implementing plans, managing system and process improvement and strong workforce planning and most importantly driving and motivating the team and optimising resourcing and sales.
You will also call centre stat reports, analyse and summarise data and trends drive recruitment and will be key in relationship building with internal and external stakeholders and consistently drive and monitor customer service standards and create a high performing, positive culture.
You will ideally have 2+ years experience managing all facets and processes of a 20+ seat Travel call centre.
This role is based with the Central Sydney and is paying a range of $85k plus super plus bonuses and sought after exciting benefits.
