Widely considered as one of the fastest growing business in the CRO field, this company is seeking to expand its operations across China. Hence, they are looking for a Director of Strategic Solutions based in Beijing.
Reporting to GM, you will take charge of the successful design, implementation as well as management of integrated embedded programs.
Your main duties and responsibilities include: working with internal department to identify potential opportunities for business, providing business partners with consultation on areas of operational efficiencies, maintaining Quality Performance Metrics for overall program and conducting management on other business affairs and activities. In addition, you will actively participate in the initial planning and roll-out of all new integrated program alliances in region, which includes: establishing procedures and systems for project governance, employee hiring and conversions.
To be up to this crucial role, you will have Bachelor of Science Degree in Health Sciences, Sciences, Business, or related field, preferably advanced degree. Previous experience in Director or equivalent is a must; work experience should cover 10 years plus in Clinical Research Industry with focus on managing operational activities, preferably Cross functional experience. You will also have excellent managerial, organizational and negotiation skills.
