Financial Controller



Large c£100m + subsidiary of a global organisation are currently seeking a Financial Controller to join their operations based in Redditch. Due to business expansion, this is an exciting opportunity to join a world leader and report directly in to the Finance and Operations Director. Offering excellent prospects, ability to influence and to lead a medium sized finance team.



You will provide a cost effective finance / accounts function for the business and ensure that budgets are closely monitored and reported. You will support the Finance Director with the successful achievement of Finance objectives and continually seek to identify areas of improvement within the role and department. Key Tasks and responsibilities include financial planning, monitoring, measurement and reporting, including management and development of policies, systems, processes and reconciliation's involved. Reporting and accounting including taxation, dividends, annual report and accounts. Financial staff management, contribution to strategic planning and development and management accountants.



To be considered for this role, you will be a qualified accountant with experience leading a small team in a medium or large business. You must be ambitious, hard working and loyal.
