Hewlett Packard has an immediate need in our US Public Sector Consulting Organization for a High Performance Computing System Software Integrator in Albuquerque, NM.



Job Description:

Linux Cluster Software Integration Specialist to integrate Linux software stack solutions for High Performance Technical Computing (HPTC) environments: i.e., supercomputers. Scientific Linux Cluster solutions will be implemented throughout the U.S., but mostly in the western U.S. Responsible for integrating system software stack, testing, and operation of 2000+ node Linux Clusters. Candidate will also be responsible for software compatibility and regression testing, of software configuration changes. Position requires extensive experience in the software integration of scientific Linux Clusters. Candidate should have strong theoretical knowledge of Linux Cluster architectures and the ability to solve complex Linux Cluster problems. This is a full time position. Candidate must be located near or willing to locate near Albuquerque, NM.



In this position, you will be helping to advance the state of the art of scientific Linux Cluster computing. You will be part of a team of HPTC software specialists, focusing on the implementation of supercomputer systems.
