Voice Project Engineer position

Resource will be assigned to sites designs, implementation, and support activities for various voice projects. The technology’s as Cisco, Avaya and Lync.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintaining and enhancing features/functionality of voice systems.

• The engineers will perform configuration of systems, endpoints, features, and functionality via compilation and execution of standard engineering documents.

• Extensive design, configuration and implementation with VoIP, UC and legacy technologies.

Qualifications

• Avaya Contact Center Manager

• Avaya CMS reporting

• Experience in dealing with toll free provisioning.

• Vendor coordination with toll free providers and maintenance providers

• Experience with installing and supporting remote telephony tools such as Avaya IP Agent or Avaya One-X agent

• Experience in doing medium to large scale Lync EV integrations

• Experience in designing, integrating, and/or troubleshooting Lync EV issues in a multi-vendor environment

• CCNA, CCVA, CCDP, or CCIE certification is a plus.
