Reporting to the Director of Business Operations, Printing and Personal Systems Group, Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ), the Business Planning Lead will drive the APJ PPS Separation Management activities.

Key Responsibilities


• Act as a central consolidation point for all separation management workstreams, working closely with workstream owners to ensure APJ PPS readiness for separation.


• Take ownership of specific workstreams that require multiple function engagement.


• Develop sub region workgroups for separation activity execution.


• Build lines of communication and engagement cadence between WW/APJ workstream owners, and country level execution owners.


• Develop a project plan that ensures required communication and action is completed on time for respective workstreams.


• Provide fortnightly updates to APJ PPS leadership team on separation management progress.


• Works closely and effectively with the Director of Business Operations to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities relating to separation management.


Qualifications


  • 5 years technology industry experience in strategy or business planning

  • Demonstrated capability in process development and implementation

  • High level of business and strategic acumen

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple competing tasks seamlessly and with excellent attention to detail.

  • Skilled with tools of qualitative and quantitative data analysis

  • Excellent written communication skills with proven experience in executive level communication

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders

  • Be able to adapt quickly to changing environments with a high level of problem solving and decision making skills

  • Ability to work independently without excessive direction

  • Ability to deal with ambiguity when making quick decisions

  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels from individual contributor to senior executives

  • A high level of business maturity with an ability to maintain composure in high pressure environments

  • Proficiency level skills with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
