PEGA Lead System Architect

Chennai Area, India, IN - Information Technology and Services

· 10+ years of IT experience with n-tier, database and client server design/development

· 5+ years’ experience with PRPC 6.x (preferably V6.2 or above) with experience in new Pega capabilities

· Highly motivated Customer Service Enterprise Architect with deep expertise in the Pega BPM platform and SOA. This individual will be responsible for turning our multi-year business and technology transformation vision into reality. The Pega Enterprise Architect will achieve success by relying on their superior soft and hard skills to navigate and excel in our Agile and fast-moving technology culture. This person will take a role partnering directly with our business stakeholders and technologists to translate business objectives into architecture and design for our Next Generation Customer Service platform, which is built atop Pega PRPC and a series of adjacent enterprise-class platforms.

· 10+ years of software engineering experience with at least 6 years of architecting, designing and delivering enterprise-grade, distributed, mission-critical applications

· Fluent in Objected Oriented analysis and design having grown up in Java or C++ before their career led them to Pega technologies.

· PEGA certified Lead System Architect (LSA) or Senior System Architect (SSA) or equivalent and demonstrable experience with at least 5 years of experience on the PEGA platform, preferably on product engineering side.

· Clear understanding of and practical experience with PEGA CPM or Smart Disputes, UI, PRPC, Business Process and Integration technologies.

· Must possess a proven track record of developing business vision, developing technical architectures to address that vision, and communicating that vision with technologists to make that vision a reality

· Must exhibit strong leadership and exceptional technical skills

· Must be passionate about providing world-class solutions for millions of customers across the world

· Must possess a track record of innovation and execution in a high-pressure environment

· Make timely, high-quality decisions, based on limited information

· Proficient using industry standards and technical expertise to establish best practices and strategic technical solutions.

· Well versed in software engineering methodologies such as Agile, RUP, Pega DCO/Smart BPM.

· Deep understanding of Software Architecture and Design patterns.
